1. Photos stay on your iPhone

Food photos are analysed on your device with Apple’s Vision framework. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else. A small thumbnail is saved with your meal on your iPhone only. Except: if you choose “Share to Social” for a meal, that photo is uploaded as a post (section 9).

2. Your data stays on your iPhone

Your profile (sex, age, height, weight, body fat, goals) and your meal records are stored only on your device. We have no servers that receive them and we cannot see them (except the optional samples in section 8, if you turn sharing on).

3. Online food search

When you search foods online, only the words you type are sent to Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org) to find matching foods. No personal data, photos or identifiers are sent. When you scan a barcode, only the barcode number is sent to Open Food Facts; nutrition labels are read on your device. Open Food Facts’ own privacy policy applies to that request.

4. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details. The app checks your subscription status with Apple on your device.

5. No tracking, no ads

AI Snap Diet has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and no account is needed (the Social page account in section 9 is optional). The app may download updated food recognition files from this website (aisnapdiet.alltimefitnesshk.org); nothing is uploaded.

6. Deleting your data

Delete the app to remove all meal records and profile data. To prevent the free trial being reset, the number of free records used is kept in your device’s Keychain.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.

8. Optional: help improve recognition

On by default; you can turn it off at any time in Profile → Share Recognition Samples. While it is on, each time you save a recognised meal the app sends: the photo’s feature numbers (10 × 768 numbers computed on your device – not the photo, and the photo cannot be rebuilt from them), the foods the app suggested, the foods you confirmed, the app and recognition-model version, and the app language. No photos, portions, nutrition, profile data, account, device ID or advertising ID are sent, and IP addresses are not stored. Samples are kept on our own server (separate from any other service) and used only to train AI Snap Diet’s food recognition. Turning the switch off stops sharing immediately; email us to have shared samples deleted.

9. Optional: Social page

Only if you set up the Social page: we store the nickname and profile photo you choose, the meals you choose to share (photo, meal, food names, calories and macros, optional caption), hearts, follows, reports and blocks. All users of the app can see your nickname, photo and shared posts. No sign-in is needed: your device keeps a random key in its Keychain; no email, phone number or real name is collected. Posts are moderated: you can report posts and block users, reported posts are hidden and reviewed within 24 hours, and offending content or accounts are removed. You can delete individual posts, or delete your social account (nickname, photo, posts, hearts) at any time in Social → your profile → Edit → Delete Social Account.

2. Tus datos se quedan en tu iPhone

Tu perfil (sexo, edad, altura, peso, grasa corporal, objetivos) y tus registros de comidas se guardan solo en tu dispositivo. No tenemos servidores que los reciban ni podemos verlos (salvo las muestras opcionales del punto 8, si activas el uso compartido).

3. Búsqueda de alimentos en línea

Al buscar alimentos en línea, solo se envían las palabras que escribes a Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org). No se envían datos personales, fotos ni identificadores. Al escanear un código de barras solo se envía el número a Open Food Facts; las etiquetas nutricionales se leen en tu dispositivo. A esa solicitud se aplica la política de privacidad de Open Food Facts.

4. Compras

Las suscripciones las gestiona Apple. Nunca recibimos tus datos de pago. La app comprueba el estado de la suscripción con Apple en tu dispositivo.

5. Sin seguimiento ni anuncios

6. Eliminar tus datos

7. Menores

Las muestras se guardan solo en nuestro servidor (separado de otros servicios) y se usan únicamente para entrenar el reconocimiento de AI Snap Diet. Al desactivar el interruptor se deja de compartir de inmediato; escríbenos para borrar las muestras compartidas.

9. Opcional: Social

Solo si configuras Social: guardamos el apodo y la foto que elijas, las comidas que decidas compartir (foto, tipo de comida, nombres de alimentos, calorías y macros, texto opcional), corazones, seguimientos, denuncias y bloqueos. Todos los usuarios de la app pueden ver tu apodo, tu foto y tus publicaciones. 2. Deine Daten bleiben auf deinem iPhone

Dein Profil (Geschlecht, Alter, Größe, Gewicht, Körperfett, Ziele) und deine Mahlzeiten werden nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Wir haben keine Server, die sie empfangen, und können sie nicht einsehen (außer den optionalen Beispielen aus Punkt 8, wenn du das Teilen aktivierst).

3. Online-Lebensmittelsuche

Bei der Online-Suche werden nur deine Suchbegriffe an Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org) gesendet. Es werden keine personenbezogenen Daten, Fotos oder Kennungen übertragen. Beim Scannen eines Barcodes wird nur die Barcode-Nummer an Open Food Facts gesendet; Nährwerttabellen werden auf deinem Gerät gelesen. 4. Käufe

Abos werden von Apple abgewickelt. Wir erhalten keine Zahlungsdaten. Die App prüft den Abo-Status auf deinem Gerät bei Apple.

5. Kein Tracking, keine Werbung

AI Snap Diet hat keine Werbung, keine Analyse und kein Tracking, und es ist kein Konto nötig (das Community-Konto aus Punkt 9 ist optional). Die App kann aktualisierte Dateien zur Essenserkennung von dieser Website (aisnapdiet.alltimefitnesshk.org) herunterladen; es wird nichts hochgeladen.

6. Daten löschen

Lösche die App, um alle Mahlzeiten und Profildaten zu entfernen. Damit die Gratis-Testphase nicht zurückgesetzt wird, bleibt die Zahl der genutzten Gratis-Einträge im Schlüsselbund (Keychain) des Geräts gespeichert.

7. Kinder

Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren und erhebt nicht wissentlich deren Daten.

8. Optional: Erkennung verbessern helfen

Standardmäßig an; du kannst es jederzeit unter Profil → Erkennungsbeispiele teilen ausschalten. Solange es an ist, sendet die App bei jeder gespeicherten erkannten Mahlzeit: Merkmalswerte des Fotos (10 × 768 auf deinem Gerät berechnete Zahlen – nicht das Foto, und daraus lässt sich kein Foto rekonstruieren), die vorgeschlagenen und die von dir bestätigten Lebensmittel, App- und Modellversion sowie die App-Sprache. Es werden keine Fotos, Portionen, Nährwerte, Profildaten, Konten, Geräte- oder Werbe-IDs gesendet und keine IP-Adressen gespeichert. Die Beispiele liegen nur auf unserem eigenen Server (getrennt von anderen Diensten) und dienen ausschließlich dem Training der Erkennung von AI Snap Diet. Ausschalten beendet das Teilen sofort; per E-Mail kannst du die Löschung geteilter Beispiele verlangen.

9. Optional: Community

Nur wenn du die Community einrichtest: Wir speichern den gewählten Spitznamen und das Profilfoto, die Mahlzeiten, die du teilst (Foto, Mahlzeit, Lebensmittelnamen, Kalorien und Makros, optionaler Text), Herzen, Follows, Meldungen und Blockierungen. Alle Nutzer der App sehen deinen Spitznamen, dein Foto und deine Beiträge. Keine Anmeldung nötig: Dein Gerät speichert einen zufälligen Schlüssel im Schlüsselbund; wir erheben keine E-Mail, Telefonnummer oder Klarnamen. Beiträge werden moderiert: Du kannst Beiträge melden und Nutzer blockieren; gemeldete Beiträge werden ausgeblendet und innerhalb von 24 Stunden geprüft, Verstöße oder Konten werden entfernt. Du kannst jederzeit einzelne Beiträge oder dein Community-Konto (Spitzname, Foto, Beiträge, Herzen) löschen: Community → dein Profil → Bearbeiten → Community-Konto löschen.
